Rooms

The architect used dominant design elements such as - stone, wood and iron, strong and dynamic materials that have given a distinctive aspect and character to the building allowing for an exceptional architectural design, - the light that gives an outdoor aspect inside the house through spectacular openings and offers magnificent view of the pool, the garden and the sea, - the water that encircles the villa in an L-shaped, 23 metre long pool that is practically glued to the building; the sound of the water creates a sensation of serenity and relaxation by itself; at the same time, it offers continuity in the view of the sea and the horizon. - Together with the numerous stone columns in the yard, the verandas, the patio and the pool, the villa has something from the aura of a Roman mansion that stands still in absolute harmony. Inside however the bright and modern decor is more reminiscent of Versace than Caesar.

At one end of the room is a comfortable sitting area with a choice of sofas and easy chairs and patio doors to a terrace at the side, whilst at the opposite end of the room is a stylish fitted kitchen with a smart island worktop complete with electric cooker and hob as well as the sink and a dishwasher. To the side are further storage cupboards and work surfaces, plus a large fridge freezer and also a washing machine. Beyond the kitchen further patio doors open onto a large covered terrace beside the L shaped pool, which measures an amazing 23m x 9m and runs the length of the villa at the front. Beyond the pool on the edge of the property stairs lead up to a covered barbecue area with table and bench seating, then further steps rise to a lookout platform for enjoying panoramic sea views and superb sunsets. Outside dining area Outside dining area Spacious, bright living/ dining area Spacious, bright living / dining area To the rear of the living area few open steps ascend to a raised passageway leading to the villa's sleeping area. To one side are two twin bedrooms separated by an elegant marble lined shower room, with the far bedroom having patio doors to a secluded covered terrace. Beyond this terrace is a cloistered garden protected on three sides by high stone walls with convenient access to the main covered patio by the pool and sea views of course!
In solitary splendour at the far end of the sleeping area is the large master bedroom with double bed and attractive fitted wardrobes to either side. There's a large picture window with lovely sea views over the pool and also double doors to a patio with further dramatic views of the rugged coastline. On the other side of the room, hinged double doors open to reveal the opulent en-suite bathroom, complete with hydro massage bath, WC and wash hand basin. Off the bathroom, for alternative calls of nature perhaps, sliding glass doors lead out to a remarkable open air shower and WC, entirely enclosed but with no roof and open to the stars! Notes The steps to the rear of the living area and the raised passageway to the bedrooms have no balustrades. The patios off the master bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms are slightly raised above ground level, with no balustrade and marble tiled steps. The pool has min/max depths of 0.6m - 1.8m.
