PRESIDENTIAL SUITE is located exactly on the water's edge with a panoramic view of Mirabello Bay. Spaciously appointed the suite offers 150 square metres of living space as well as a sheltered open sun terrace with a total area of 100 square metres, private swimming pool and bathing area with direct access to the sea.
The Presidential Suite consists of one master bedroom, dressing room and bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and Jacuzzi shower cabin with steam, two twin bedrooms with one bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, one small fully equipped kitchenette and one spacious living room overlooking the sea with sitting and dinning area. All furniture is created & designed by Paola Navone. Also, the suite is equipped with a mini Hi-Fi CD system, video and fax machine.

VIP HOTEL SUITES SEA VIEW: Located in the main building with a total area of 55 square metres and each consists of one living room, one bedroom, bathroom and large terrace with a panoramic sea view. Special features include: mini Hi-Fi CD system and fax machine on request.
WATERFRONT BUNGALOWS: Located by the water's edge with a total area 26-30 square metres and each consists of one bedroom, bathroom with Jacuzzi shower cabin with steam, dressing corner, and large veranda offering panoramic sea view and also reserved sun umbrella and sun-beds.
SUPERIOR BUNGALOW: Located in the gardens offering a partial sea-view or a garden view, with a total area of 40-45 square metres, each consists of one bedroom and living room in open plan, dressing area, a bathroom and large veranda or balcony.
MAIN BUILDING ROOMS SEA VIEW: Situated in the main building, approx. 35 square metres they consist of one bedroom with two beds plus a single sofa bed, a bathroom with bathtub and large balcony offering panoramic sea view.
BUNGALOW STANDARD: Located in the gardens, each consists of one bedroom, bathroom with Jacuzzi shower cabin or bath, dressing corner and large veranda, set within a total area of 26-30 square metres.
