Amaltheia villa- new four-bedroom villa with private pool. It is located in a small complex of villas, right on the beachfront, just a few steps away from the long beach in the beautiful region of the northwest coast of Crete, in the district of Chania.
The comfortable and luxurious three-level villa, is constructed by environmentally friendly materials ( wood and stone ), in harmony with the beautiful surrounding landscape and the extraordinary beauty of the local nature. The villa is built in a traditional Cretan style, using modern design elements.
At the middle level, the main entrance to the villa leads to a large living room with sofas, a TV and a work desk. One space that connects the dining room area and a fully equipped modern kitchen, separated from the rest of the open space of one imposing stone arch.
On the upper level there are two spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with access to a large furnished balcony offering enchanting panoramic sea views.
On the lower level there are two more spacious and comfortable bedrooms with shared bathroom with tub. One of the bedrooms offers a skylight that allows you to simulate the feeling of sunlit space.
The surrounding area of the villa is perfect for relaxing in the open air, under the gentle lapping of waves from the private pool surrounded by lawn, or in the comfortable shade of the stone veranda, where al fresco dining garden furniture are found with dining table, a traditional wood-burning oven and one barbecue.
The long beach with crystal clear waters is 30 meters away. The distance to the nearest shops, taverns and cafes –is only 200 meters and from the centre of the resort village - 400 meters. The location of the villa is an ideal base for exploring the fantastic beaches of western Crete ( Balos, Gramvousa, Elafonisi ), cruises can be organized and entertainment in the nearby glamorous resort famous vibrant nightlife.
