Tripiti beach

Tripiti beach is 69 km south of the city of Heraklion.
This is a very beautiful beach that loves the locals, which is named by the church of Panagia Tripitis, which is built into a cave at the base of the walls of the gorge. The canyon will encounter if you drive from the village of Vassiliki Messaras and in its end before the beach, the canyon narrows so much that fits most one car. Tripiti beach is with coarse sand and pebble crystal clear waters and many trees for shade. The beach is not organized except that here there are two taverns. In the beach is not allowed to be nude. And in this beach like others in south Heraklion you will see many caravans permanently installed.
