Almyrida Villa is a new build cozy four bedroom house, perched on a hillside near the picturesque coastal village of Almyrida, at Chania, famous for its beautiful sandy beaches.
Three-level maisonette is made of traditional Cretan stone built on a spacious plot, surrounded by shady olive groves, with views of the unique landscape and the sea. Just 1 km away is found an excellent sandy organized beach.
On the 1st floor is found an open space living room, a comfortable dining room and a spacious fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom. All of them air-conditioned.
On the2nd floor there are three more bedrooms with balconies that offer a view of the sea and a second bathroom with Jacuzzi.
The lower floor has a private gym area.
About 1 km. from the villa there are shops, restaurants, rental of water sports and cafeterias.
The resort is known for its beautiful clean sandy beaches with crystal blue waters. Right on the shore there are several taverns, bars, cafes, mini markets, and a pharmacy. Also, there are ATMs, gas stations, and at a distance of 2 km. is found a Medical Center. Almyrida is famous for its variety of delicious traditional Cretan dishes and especially fresh fish.
The location of the villa, and the surrounding green hills are the perfect place for those who enjoy walking. Almyrida is still a typical Greek fishing village still untouched by mass tourism.
