Elia villa is a new, unique design villa with private pool, located in the district of Chania. The four bedroom luxury villa is found in a quiet location, surrounded by green olive groves and fruit trees and it is undoubtedly the best choice for those who want to spend a family vacation, or relax with friends in an atmosphere of comfort, privacy and luxury.
The villa is built of ecological Cretan stone and in the design of interior spaces were also used natural materials - stone, wood, metal, that gives the house its own unique style. All of the indoor spaces are open and filled with light and air space, furnished with beautiful, elegant furniture and equipped with the latest technology.
Elia Villa with an area of 230 square meters, includes 4 bedrooms with large closets, 3 bathrooms, open plan living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and a comfortable sofa bed, and offer comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people.
At the villa area of 2000 sq. m. are found a private swimming pool surrounded by flowers, olive groves and endemic plants, pavilion with a massage table for relaxation and yoga classes, a pond with water lilies and goldfish.
The nearest beach is famous Kalathas sandy beach and it is located at a distance of 1400m. - With fine golden sand, well organized, equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, toilets, showers, cabanas. Active guests here can practice all kinds of water sports, such as walking on water bikes and canoes to the nearest picturesque island, windsurfing, diving, etc. On the beach and next to it there are, taverns with fresh fish and traditional Cretan cuisine, cafeteria.
