Built on two levels villa with an indoor area of 300 square meters, features a soft décor, elegant design, bright rooms and modern facilities. The beautiful sandy beach of Kalathas is just 1.5km away.
On the ground floor there is a large open plan living room with panoramic windows and fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, fashionable dining area and a guest WC. The living room has direct access to a furnished terrace with swimming pool. At this level there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a dressing room and a bathroom with double sink, shower and Jacuzzi. The other two bedrooms also have their own bathrooms. From each bedroom there is access to a terrace.
On the lower level there are two bedrooms with twin beds, each with en suite bathroom and access to the wonderful outdoor space of the villa.
The villa is built on a large plot with well-kept lawn, an area of 4,000 square meters, where the landscaped gardens planted with olive trees and Cretan endemic plants and aromatic herbs. The luxury villa has a private infinity pool of 60sq. m. The location of the villa ensures complete privacy leisure and tranquility.
