Romantic Villa, a beautiful luxury house with four bedrooms, a private pool and a large plot, located in the eastern part of the island of Corfu, on the beach.
The beautiful two-story building is built in a traditional style, which features the architecture of the Ionian islands. The internal design of the villa is carefully designed and in harmony with classic furnishings, bright colours are used for curtains and the upholstery. All rooms are filled with light and air, equipped with all modern and necessary equipment, and every detail is carefully thought out.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with sofas and armchairs, a dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a guest bathroom. On the same level there are two large bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms and balconies.
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and a veranda with comfortable patio furniture and stunning views.
The spacious, well-kept area of the villa is surrounded by a stone fence. Here guests can enjoy a relaxing stay at the private pool at the comfortable, contemporary sun loungers, and younger guests can play in the well-kept green lawn. The outdoor area provides a stone barbecue for lunch or dinner and a dining room for dining al fresco with a large dining table.
The nearest beach is 150 meters away. Another small beach is found 300 meters away through a private path. In walking distance there is a wonderful resort village with cafes restaurants and shops. The Corfu town, which is the capital of the island, world-famous for its history and wonderful architectural monuments, is at a distance of no more than 10 minutes’ drive.
