Despina Villa is a wonderful new three bedroom luxury villa with private pool and landscaped green area. The villa is located in a small complex of three buildings, at a scenic, picturesque area of Chania on Crete.
The Luxurious, tastefully decorated building is a veritable oasis of rest and relaxation surrounded by olive groves, where the guests in an atmosphere of complete privacy and confidentiality can enjoy a relaxing break.
The large panoramic windows of the building allow guests to enjoy the stunning views of the beautiful olive groves and the majestic mountains. The architectural style villa is found in perfect harmony with the beautiful local landscape and the natural environment.
The open plan, fully equipped kitchen, the dining area and a sunlit living room are connected to the rest of the premises of the lower level with a transparent corridor, which allows guests to walk through an orange garden. This glass passage leads to two spacious bedrooms with large closets. From the first bedroom there is direct access to the pool and terrace. From the second bedroom there is direct access to the garden. Nearby is a bright bathroom in marble with a hot shower.
On the upper level is the master bedroom with a large double bed and an elegant bathroom with a bath with Jacuzzi and shower. The master bedroom has a desk to work and a TV.
In the landscaped area with lawn, citrus trees and shrubs there are a playground with a private pool and an al fresco dining area.
At a distance of five-minute trip there is a famous glamorous resort with a huge choice of restaurants, taverns, shops, spa, entertainment for adults and children, as well as a number of elite nightclubs. The distance to the wonderful equipped beach with sand and small pebble grit is 1.5 km away. To the long-equipped beach with golden fine sand –the distance is 2.5 km. The Location of the Villas is a great base for exploring the treasures of Crete - the world-famous beaches of the Bay of Balos, Elafonisi and Falaserna, as well as numerous attractions of the north-western Crete.
