Dolce villas is a cozy, comfortable complex located in a green and picturesque area in Chania, Crete, close to the best beaches of the north-western Crete.
Each spacious villa maisonette style building (total area of 100 sqm indoor) has three bedrooms, a space for active play and a place near to the communal swimming pool with sun loungers and sun umbrellas.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, the living room, dining room overlooking the pool and a guest bathroom.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms (one with a large double bed and the other with two single beds and the exit to the balcony), and a second bathroom with a large bath. Also on the second floor there is access to a spacious veranda with comfortable outdoor furniture and with beautiful panoramic views of the sea and the White Mountains.
On the third floor is a cozy loft with two twin beds.
A Large communal swimming pool (96 sq. m. ) with Jacuzzi area and a separate children's section is located in the center of the complex. In the basement of the complex is a gymnasium with sauna and hammam. The area on which the villas are found, , there is a spacious lawn, planted flowers and trees. The territory has a children's playground and barbecue area with garden furniture.
The villas are located within walking distance from the sandy, organized beach with small patches of small pebbles. In walking distance of the villas there is a mini market, coffee shops and taverns. The distance to Chania town doesn’t exceed 15 km.
