Argo Villa, is a four bedroom villa of traditional construction, with private swimming pool and a lush green area, located in Crete, 14 km. east of the city of Rethymno, near the village of Stavromenos.
The villa is located in a beautiful location at the foot of a hill, surrounded by olive groves, offering wonderful unobstructed views of the sea and the surrounding area up to Rethymnon.
The stone build house harmonious blend of traditional island style and provides all modern amenities required for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.
The single storey stone villa offers spacious, open space that connects the living room with fireplace with the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. The beautiful furniture are made from solid wood, custom-made by local cabinetmakers, reliable, strong and easy to use. The floor is paved with stone slabs, which keep a pleasant coolness in the hottest hours.
Four spacious, bright bedrooms, comfortably furnished and equipped with private bathrooms with showers. One bedroom has a double bed and a balcony. And the rest three bedrooms provide each one of them two single beds each, and balcony.
The villa is hidden from prying eyes and offers vacationers peace and solitude on a green lawn surrounded by flowering shrubs and trees. Next to the private pool there is a wooden pergola with a traditional barbecue, where during the day you can enjoy the shade and the beautiful sea views.
At a distance of 300 meters there is a mini market, within a radius of 500 to 700 meters there is a petrol station, pharmacy, supermarket, shops and taverns with a great selection of local delicacies. The sandy beach is located at a distance of 400 meters from the villa.
