Elefteria Villa is a brand new, four bedroom villa with private pool, panoramic sea views and a huge, lush green area, located on the northwest coast of Crete, Chania, Crete, just 1km away from sandy organized beach.

The new, modern building with an area of 350 square meters indoor, ensures travellers complete privacy in a luxury enviroment.
The three-level structure of the villa has a unique design, beautiful furnishings and modern equipment. For the convenience of guests there are four bathrooms, two of which are en suite, and two showers.
On the upper level there are three bedrooms. One of them, double, equipped with a private bathroom. Two bedrooms with twin beds share a bathroom and offer fantastic views of the sea and the green surroundings.
The fourth bedroom has two single beds, located on the lower level, the level of the pool is equipped with a private bathroom and a small kitchen. This room is autonomous and has its own entrance that can be used by visitors for guests or staff.
At the middle level there is a spacious and bright room open type, where are found the living room, the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with modern equipment. From the large balcony doors you can reach the spacious garden.
The villa is surrounded by a stone fence. The garden has lawn and trees, a private swimming pool with comfortable sun beds and modern parasols.
At a distance of one km. from the villa stretches a wonderful equipped sandy beach, several taverns, cafeterias, bars and water sports rental. The traditional village offers a selection of shops, supermarket, snack bars and taverns while the Chania venetian town is just 5 minutes drive.
