Fenia Villa is a Luxury 7 bedroom villa for privileged holiday located in a quiet, picturesque area in Chania, Crete, only 13km away from the beautiful Venetian port of Chania at Akrotiri region.

The unique sea front location of the villa, the spacious grounds and the luxurious building of the villa offer complete privacy and tranquility, and are ideal for corporate recreation, accommodation of families, friends, and special occasions.
The three-story building that is built on a plot of 2,000 square meters, and it is located on the sea, enables travelers to enjoy the beautiful panoramic views.
The villa has two living rooms, one of which is equipped with a home theater system, a fully equipped kitchen, a gym, six bathrooms and seven bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. Five of the bedrooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms with Jacuzzi or hydro-massage shower, two of the bedrooms share a bathroom.
A short drive away are found the best sandy beaches of the island, an area famous for its pine forests, historical sites and monasteries, traditional taverns with excellent healthy cuisine. Villa Fenia is located about 2000 meters away from the sandy beach of Tersanas and 1700 meters away from the sandy beach of Stavros.
