Gerani Luxury villa, offered for rent, is located on the island of Crete, in the tourist area of the coastal village of Gerani, Chania.
This spacious, modern, maisonette holiday house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 pax in three spacious bedrooms plus one indepented studio. The villa has a private swimming pool in a plot 3.500 square meters at a distance of 1.5 km. from the beautiful sandy beaches of the west coast.
The modern Villa Gerani has large living areas, two fully equipped kitchens, three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an independed studio with bathroom, private swimming pool 50sqm. and children pool, large verandas with stunning sea view and a barbecue area at the lawn grass gardens.
On the first floor there are found a cozy open-plan living room with fireplace, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a common wc.
On the second floor there are three elegant bedrooms each one with en-suite bathroom and access to balcony which offers amazing views to the sea and the mountains.
On the ground floor there is access to the indepented studio which provides one more fully equipped kitchen, one cozy living room with two sofa beds, and one bathroom with Jacuzzi. The studio can be used as play room or the teenagers of the group could enjoy privacy and independence.
The convenient location of the villa allows for quick and easy access to the most famous beaches (Falasarna, Elafonisi, Balos, Gramvousa, Platanias, Agia Marina).
Platanias village is only 5 minutes drive and there you will find all kind of shops and restaurants, Taverns with Cretan dishes and fresh fish.
