Grand villa is a majestic building in classical style is located in the district of Chania, in Maleme village, in a vast area (4000 square meters) with private pool 100sqm. The villa is immersed in the green with well-tended garden and lawn, trees and hedges give protection from prying eyes.

The villa is a beautiful four-storey house (with a total interior area of 900 sq. m. ), equipped with an elevator. The villa accommodates up to 14 persons in 7 comfortable, spacious bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Numerous balconies and verandas will make your stay pleasant.
In the courtyard the guests will find an outdoor sheltered area with pergola, fully equipped BBQ with a large eating area for 12 people, a small lounge area and a traditional oven. A private parking area is also provided.

The distance to sandy organized beach is only 400 meters. Easy access on foot. At the same distance there are taverns, cafeterias and restaurants. Not far from the villa there are hotels with playgrounds, tennis courts, restaurants, cafes and pools whose services the villa’s residents can enjoy.

Maleme village, is very calm and quiet, ideal for families with children. You can make walking and cycling as well, as the length of the beach is just a special walkway.

The location of the villa is the ideal starting point for trips to the famous beaches of West Crete, such as Falaserna, Balos, Elafonisi and cosmopolitan resort (with a huge choice of entertainment for adults and children) and Agia Marina -Platanya.

Distance to the pearl of the island, the city of Chania, famous for its Venetian architecture – is about 20 minutes by car.
