Norma Villa is a beautiful and comfortable three-bedroom villa with a green area and a private swimming pool located in the famous resort area of Almyrida, Chania, Crete. The villa is found in a beautiful and peaceful place, perfect to relax, ideal for families with children and for groups of friends.
The comfortable set up of the three-story modern building ( 190 square meters, indoors) allows guests to freely enjoy the enchanting panoramic views of the emerald sea, the mountains and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
At the first level, the level of the pool, there is a spacious bright room with huge windows that combines a cozy sitting area with modern furniture, a bedroom area with a double bed is found on the same level. There is also an entertainment area with a large pool table and fitness area with exercise equipment.
At the middle level, there is the main entrance to the building, it is a beautifully decorated space that combines the living room with fireplace, a dining room and modern kitchen. There is a furnished balcony with beautiful views. On the same level there is a bathroom with shower.
On the upper level, there is access to a large terrace with outdoor furniture, there are two bright, cozy, beautifully furnished bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with twin beds) and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub.
The villa is completely fenced and offers travellers privacy. Green lawn and well-tended garden - a paradise for children to play and have fun. Directly in front of the house there is a playground and the private pool (40 sqm) with a convenient step descent, around are placed comfortable sun loungers and parasols. From this part of the villa you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea space. In the garden there is a comfortable dining area with outdoor furniture for al fresco dining or for a romantic cocktail at the sunset. Barbeque is also available.
Two steps from the villa, at a distance of 150 m. there is a rocky area for lovers of diving and swimming. At the same distance you can find taverns and a mini market. At a distance of 700 m. From the villa is found the resort village Almyrida with beautiful, equipped, sandy beach and water sports. Along the coast there is an extended walking area. In the resort, and on the shores there is a huge selection of tavernas offering both traditional Greek and Cretan cuisine and fresh fish and seafood delicacies.
At Almyrida resort area you will find everything you may need, including souvenir shops and grocery, ATM, pharmacy and gas station. The surrounding of the villa is very picturesque and remarkable, ideal for walking, exploring the traditional villages and the numerous crystal beaches of the region.
