Zoi Villas is a small complex of three modern villas, each villa provides private pool and green area, and they are located at Crete, in the picturesque region of Chania.
The villas, offer stunning views of the sea, and they are found just 300 meters from the sea and at a distance of about 1 km. from a beautiful sandy organized beach.
Each three-storey building with an area of 175 square meters indoor, is designed in modern style, tastefully furnished and offers comfortable accommodation with 4 comfortable and bright bedrooms. All rooms are decorated in soft colors and furnished with comfortable and beautiful furniture.
Lower level (internal and external inputs): bedroom with two single beds. The small and cozy living-dining room with sofas and a TV area with fitness equipment.
Middle level: Open-plan dining area, a fireplace room with a comfortable seating area and a fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom with a double bed and built-in shower with a Jacuzzi. WC.
Upper level: The third very spacious bedroom with a double bed and a balcony. The fourth bedroom with sea view and two twin beds and one shared bathroom on the same floor.
The outdoor area of each villa includes, a wooden deck with a private pool with sun beds and parasols, green area with trees and flowering shrubs, there is a veranda for al fresco dining with outdoor furniture, playground with a traditional stone oven barbecue and a shady canopy with summer furniture.
The area where the villas are found is very green, quiet and peaceful, ideal for family vacations and long walks. At the surroundings are found beautiful beaches with crystal clear water, fine sand, organized, romantic and secluded coves. In the traditional village only 2 minutes’ drive from the complex, there are food shops, restaurants, taverns and cafes. The nearby sandy beach (only one kilometre away from the complex) is well organized. On the beach there are changing rooms, showers, sun loungers and umbrellas, a volleyball court. In the coastal strip of taverns, cafeterias and playground.
